Nate and Monica tied the knot in an outdoor ceremony on the patio of the beautiful Hyatt hotel in Valencia, California. With their best friends at their side, Monica and Nate had a large bridal party of twelve people. This made their day even more special. We captured getting ready photos inside their hotel rooms as they prepped to see each other during their first look. 150 guests filled the seats to show their support for the newlyweds, and once vows were exchanged and first kiss planted, the party started! We were able to take the bride and groom around the hotel’s property to shoot some amazing outdoor couples portraits during cocktail hour while their guests mingled and sipped champagne.
Once cocktail hour ended, the couple moved the wedding inside to the spacious ballroom at the Hyatt Valencia. Nate and Monica partied the night away with their nearest and dearest. The bride and groom choreographed their first dance. This allowed us to capture some amazing photographs of their genuine laughter as they broke out their dance moves in the center of the dance floor.
We snuck the bride and groom aside for some night portraits, where we took advantage of the beautiful lighting. We also used some creative effects to capture unique photos that captured the essence of their fairytale day.
