The Couple
Christina and Ryan have been a blast to work with. We had the opportunity to photograph their engagement session at El Matador Beach back in July and instantly bonded with them. Their wedding was one that we have been looking forward to for a long time. Christina and Ryan met back in 2009 while working in the same building. Even though they were just friends, their co-workers began to start rumors that they were dating. Being that they were already assuming they were dating, Christina had no problems inviting Ryan to see Aladdin on the green at the Americana in Glendale. That date ended up lasting 24 hours, and a few months later Christina moved into Ryan’s Place and they got their amazing huskie, the one, and only Frank. You can follow him on Instagram here.
The Wedding
Ryan and Christina got married at the gorgeous Saint Sophia Cathedral, which is a one of a kind beautiful architectural masterpiece located in Los Angeles, California. Christina wore a gorgeous Enzoani gown from Panache Bridal in Pasadena. During the day we had the opportunity to photograph many different vignettes and all gave us beautiful images to work with.
The reception took place at City Club in Downtown Los Angeles, which is a rooftop ballroom with a beautiful 180-degree view of Los Angeles. The venue itself is one that we have shot many times before and we were happy to be back again. As a wedding photographer in Los Angeles, we have photographed at many different downtown venues, and City Club is one that we get to work at often.
