As Santa Clarita Photographers, we love the opportunity to capture our clients lives after they say I Do. We met Brenda and Thomas in the beginning of 2017 as they were planning their fairytale wedding. This bride and groom decided to bring us on to their team of vendors for the big day, and they were a dream to work with.
The wedding came and went, and our bride and groom settled into married life. Fast forward to earlier this year, just a few weeks after buying their first house together, these newlyweds found out they were expecting their first child. We were so excited when Brenda contacted us to announce their pregnancy, and honored to be able to photograph another huge life event. It’s now December and Brenda is 7 months pregnant with a baby girl on the way, and both mom and dad are eagerly awaiting her arrival. And we have to say that we are excited to meet her as well!

We shot this session at Summit Park in Valencia, California, where the winter leaves are changing color and we can still take advantage of the gorgeous California weather. We are very lucky to be able to shoot year round here. After trying many dresses, Brenda finally picked the perfect floral pink dress to mark the coming arrival of her baby girl, and we have to say it showcased her baby bump perfectly.
We shot for about an hour until the sun went down, where we were able to capture our couple in the perfect golden hour light. When Brenda and Thomas came in to see their photos last week they were blown away, and we couldn’t be happier with their reaction. The baby is almost here, the nursery is almost finished, and we can’t wait to add the finishing touch with a gorgeous canvas from this session. We can’t wait to meet you in just a few short weeks baby Anderson!
