David and Andrea got married at the Iconic Vibiana Cathedral Wedding. Vibiana is a stunning venue that is one of the most beautiful in Los Angeles. David, a Foreign exchange trader, met Andrea while playing board games with friends at a tea shop. Afterwards, they exchanged numbers and texted all day long. Their bond quickly grew, and David proposed shortly thereafter. They travel often, and love Tokyo, Japan.
The Wedding
Vibiana always offers a stunning backdrop for wedding pictures. It’s European inspired architecture gives a beautiful background for not only pictures, but for your guests as well. After the ceremony, the staff flips the room and turns it into a beautiful ballroom. This wedding featured not only a traditional wedding, but also a tea ceremony as well.
We love photographing weddings at Vibiana, especially working with amazing couples. David had seen an image that we photographed of a bride and groom lying in a bed of flowers from years earlier. He had stated that he wanted a similar photo of the two of them on the checkered floor in Vibiana’s lobby. I told him we needed a ladder to complete the image, and he had informed me that he already brought one! I love it when clients are involved in the creation process, it ensures beautiful images that they will love for generations to come.
