Vibiana is easily one of the most iconic wedding venues in all of Los Angeles. Built in 1876, it sports some of the most incredible architecture in all of Los Angeles. Vibiana is one of those wedding venues that every Los Angeles Wedding Photographer wants to shoot at. The venue was converted in 2009 to an event space and has hosted Emmy award parties, and other notable celebrity guests. You can’t go wrong with Vibiana Wedding Photos, as there are beautiful locations everywhere to shoot.
Peter and Sarah picked this beautiful location as the site where they would declare their vows to one another. Their wedding was absolutely beautiful and photographically speaking, was one of my most favorite of all time. These two are two of the nicest people that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Sarah’s smile could light up a room, and Peter’s one of those guys that can make anybody laugh at any time.
Throughout the night, there were some notable events. Sarah reading Peter’s letter to her. Peter seeing her for the first time. Peter performing in front of all of his guests by singing her an incredible song. We definitely won’t be forgetting this wedding anytime soon. With all of the beautiful moments, it’s easy to say they won’t be forgetting either.
The Wedding Venue
Using the beautiful architecture and gorgeous lighting, A Good Affair designed a beautiful alter lined with trees, and after the ceremony they turned it into an epic scene for their reception as well. Prior to the reception, we caught Sarah and Peter practicing their first dance, which was choreographed to perfection. Immediately, we asked them to practice it again so I could catch a photo that became one of my favorites from the wedding. Later that night, I headed upstairs to catch this moment again unfolding in real time.
Earlier this year, Peter and Sarah’s engagement session earned us a first place award in the Shutterfest CREATE print competition in St. Louis, and we are hopeful that some of the images from this wedding will end up in future competitions as well.
