    Thanks a bunch Alej! It was my first time experimenting with a shoot-through. We really liked the look of it, although being in a small room caused some light to spill and bounce around, we preferred the overall dynamics of it compared to regular bounce umbrella light.

    Very nice work, particularly using such a simple light set-up! I’m curious how you shot the left picture on the left side on #7. It looks like three light sources. Did you kick back with a reflector not shown in your set-up picture? It’s really a terrific shot. Again, all of them were.

    Jerry, thank you for your compliments, on number 7 we used the same set up with the main and fill both at 45 degrees. Main at half power and fill around 1/16th, we also used a backlight behind Jen shot on a stand bare at 1/2 power.
