There are very few people that can say that they had the opportunity to photograph a wedding couple at the Vatican in We happen to be lucky enough to stumble across the Vatican on a day that it had closed, after many of the tourists had already disappeared. People cannot believe when I tell them that we photograph this couple in this place at this time of day without the area bustling with tourists. Truthfully, we did not have to edit many of the people out of the background, aside from a small police car, and a couple of other people, this image was mostly taken in camera just the way you see it. ..While the sun was setting behind the beautiful Vatican, the building was cast in Shadow. But under exposing slightly and adding a light to the right side of my frame I was able to illuminate my couple bringing them to life... We often get asked at bridal shows why we photoshop couples into our backdrops. people can not believe it when I told them that we have never done that in a single one of our photos. Everything that you see in our portfolio included the subject exactly where you see them.
