Frequently Asked Questions

We developed this flexible product plan because we have found that people all have different needs. By charging a flat session fee, we cover the costs of producing the session for you, such as the photographer, editor, and consultants.

From there, you can decide to purchase the products that you want. While most prefer a digital collection, some prefer prints. This way, you get to pick what is important to you.

So, if you did a standard session and our standard matted print collection, your investment would be $998.

The beauty of this pricing plan is that if you want to work with us but only need a few images for a holiday card, you don't pay the same as someone who wants 100 digital files. Plus, by selecting your favorite photos, we can spend more time making them look perfect through post-production.
Our portrait session fee covers the following session types:

Family
Maternity
Engagement
Pet
High School Senior

Our session fee does not cover portrait shoots in wedding attire; these “bridal” sessions have special packages; please contact us for details.
We do not currently photograph dedicated newborn sessions; however, we will photograph family groups with newborns older than 6 months.
We have a standard $149 location fee for any location within the DFW Metroplex outside of our studio. For travel outside of the metroplex, we will provide you with a custom quote.
Our studio does not allow cell phone photographs to be taken during the session or your ordering appointment.
Your images will be ready within seven days after your session. We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times. We will schedule your reveal as soon as we schedule your session.
Sessions canceled within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. After that, your session fee becomes studio credit. Sessions canceled within 48 hours of their shoot will forfeit their session fee.
Sessions are approximately 30 minutes long.
