How much coverage time will I need?

The short answer is that it depends on your wedding, but 90% of weddings can be covered from bridal prep to the final reception events in 8 hours or less. Things that may influence the amount of time you need:

If your ceremony is in the early PM and your reception starts in the evening.
                Cultural events that require an early morning start or multiple days.
                Events that have a longer distance of travel between events.
            If you are unsure, we recommend booking us for 8 hours, and we can add time as we get closer to the event.

            Wedding PhotographyWedding photography is our main focus. Our goal is to tell the stories and document the memories of once-in-a-lifetime moments. Wedding photography requires various skill sets, from capturing stunning portraits to capturing fleeting moments and details, and the most critical skill set to become a storyteller.Wedding VideographyVideo is a unique way to tell a story. We can capture the words spoken during one of the most important days of your life. Wedding cinematography gives you a unique way to reflect on your wedding day. We have a team of award-winning cinematographers who work for our team. Videography can be added to any wedding package for $500 per hour. Coverage time must match photography coverage and includes one certified cinematographer, multiple cameras, aerial coverage if available, RAW Footage, and a 5-minute highlight reel.Engagement SessionsYour wedding photos are only a part of your story. We want to ensure we tell your whole story from start to finish. Therefore, we include an engagement session with all our sessions to help you get to know us. How do I book with you?

Step 1 - Book an Appointment  We can meet via Zoom or in Person
             at one of our studios. During your consultation, we will show you wedding albums, a detailed walk-through of our styles and portfolio, and customize your wedding coverage personally.
                
                Step 2 - Choose Your Package
                
                We will put together options that suit your wedding and needs based on your wedding. We never will try to oversell you the coverage you do not need, and our packages include an album, an engagement session, and plenty of range. We aim
                to find the best option for you; you can always add more options later.
                
                Step 3 - Book Your Date
                
                We will present you with a contract and summary of your coverage. Once that is signed electronically, you can pay your deposit; once you do, your date will be locked in! We can schedule your engagement session and send you our timeline
                and vendor recommendations while we prepare for your shoots.
                
                Step 4 - Create Your Memories!
                
                Our process of working with you is all-inclusive. We have a team of people who work together to ensure you are well taken care of, from planning your shoots to designing your final album. Your story is unique; we understand that, so no
                clients get cookie-cutter template albums. We customize your experience uniquely for you.

I hear a lot about your wedding albums, can you tell me about them?

We live in a digital world, but some things are still meant to be printed. Your wedding album is the cornerstone of our work on your wedding. It is the final product we will provide you and will have a unique role in your family for generations to come. There are a few things to understand about wedding albums.

1. Your Wedding Album is a Storybook, not a Scrapbook

Our goal isn’t to take your wedding photos but to make an album out of the pictures taken. Our artists are explicitly trained to shoot with the intention of album design. That means they may photograph 7 detailed images vertically and then one sizeable horizontal ring shot on the right side of the page. They may shoot your first look in the same orientation and composition to lay out the images on a spread to tell a story in motion. The point here is that your artist is not just a “picture-taker” but specifically trained on how to capture stories that will end up in a layout.

2. We shoot and design intending to invoke Memory

They say images are directly tied to memory, but did you know something as simple as a facial expression can influence how you perceive that memory? Our wedding albums are designed to not only make you remember what was happening on your wedding day but also to make you remember how you felt when the images were taken.

3. Quality Craftsmanship is vital to preserving your memories

Our wedding albums are handmade in Italy by a single person from start to finish. Then, quality control and inspection are performed before it is delivered. We searched the world to provide the absolute best possible quality to our clients, which is why we are one of the only studios in California to give our clients a limited lifetime warranty on our wedding album.
