Travel Charges & Policy
Travel charges might be incurred for destinations situated beyond a 10-mile radius of our studio. These fees are calculated according to the total estimated driving time to the initial venue or location and back from the final venue or location, with the initial 30 minutes excluded from the calculation. I take into account expected traffic conditions based on the day and time of travel.
The calculation of travel time relies on data from Google Maps, and fees are assessed in increments of 30 minutes. Should the event's itinerary necessitate that other photographers travel independently, their additional travel time will be factored into the overall cost as well. We always try to hire a second photographer that is located close to your shoot location.

Hotel Policy
This policy is applicable to weddings in Dallas, Texas or Southern California. For travel over 150 miles away from our studio (whichever studio is in the state your event is located), or over 2.5 hours away, a hotel will be required for the night prior to the event if the event starts earlier than 10am. If the event ends later than 9:00pm, a hotel stay will be required for the night of the event. Studio will choose and book hotel based on where the event is taking place. (We will make an effort to keep the cost down as much as possible). Hotel fee will be invoiced on client's final bill.
Destination Event Policy
For events that take place outside of the states of California or Texas, or over 3 Hours away within the state, client will be responsible for hotel stays for the night prior to the event, and the night of the event. The client will also be responsible for rental car fees (if required). Studio will choose and book hotel based on where the event is taking place. (We will make an effort to keep the cost down as much as possible, and if the event is a wedding, we will request to book a room on the client's room block). Hotel fee will be invoiced on client's final bill. Destination weddings will also be billed the following associated fees based on location.
