Step 1: Consultation
We will schedule a pre-shoot phone consultation with our studio manager before scheduling your session to get you started. These take approximately 15-20 minutes and are conducted over the phone. It's an excellent opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of what your session will be like with us.
Make sure to consult with your family members to make sure that everyone is on board for their portrait session! We want everyone to be comfortable during your shoot and after it. We are creating artwork for your home, so we want to ensure everyone has input!
To secure your booking date/time on our schedule, we charge a refundable booking/confirmation fee. This payment will be refunded or applied to your order on the day of your design/ordering appointment. The booking fee is only non-refundable for canceled or missed sessions. We allow you to reschedule your session once without losing your booking fee.
Family Members must all be present to use gift vouchers during your Ordering Appointment. Gift Vouchers are ONLY GOOD on the day of your Ordering Appointment.
STEP 2: Your Photo Session
Your studio or location session starts with us learning about what you want to use your photos for. We'll handle all the posing, lighting, and looks from there. We'll take care of all the details so you can relax and enjoy your session.
Our photoshoots usually last around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how many looks and poses you want. But don't worry, we will send you a guide on what type of clothing works best for your shoot beforehand. You're also more than welcome to bring a change of clothes to switch into during the session!
When you arrive, we will review your wardrobe choices for studio sessions and style some fantastic looks for your photo session that you can cherish forever.
Step 3: Ordering Appointment
Your ordering appointment is where we create the artwork that will go into your home. Your images are typically ready within 48 hours of your studio session.
During your ordering appointment, we will start with a slideshow of your photographer's favorite images. Afterward, we will go through your images one by one, select your favorites, and create wall mock-ups for you to see.
We have a variety of high-end products, and our studio has absolutely NO MINIMUM order, so you can order as much or as little as your budget allows. Our prints start at $179, digital options start at $999. We offer payment plans through our 0% interest financing program. Most of our families will invest between $1200-$2000 on their portrait art collection.
Step 4: Artwork Delivery
All products have different delivery timetables, with prints being ready within a few days and canvas/metal/acrylic being prepared within a couple of weeks. When your artwork is ready, we will send you an email and ship it directly to your home. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us. Prints are free, and albums can be shipped for a small delivery fee or picked up from our studio free of charge.
